Episode 11

03.27.2023 Ecclesiastes 5.10-12 Sleep

Sleep may be our most powerful super weapon in the defense of aging. Whether it be reduction is cardiovascular ailments or the management of mood, sleep is vital to our daily rejuvenation.

“He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves wealth with his income; this also is vanity. When goods increase, they increase who eat them, and what advantage has their owner but to see them with his eyes? Sweet is the sleep of a laborer, whether he eats little or much, but the full stomach of the rich will not let him sleep” (ESV Bible, 2001, Ecclesiastes 5:10-12).

In comparison to sleep as a rejuvenated tool, Jesus was provided to us by our Father in heaven as a Savior to rejuvenate our life. If you know the peace affiliated with salvation, the message of sleep becomes more important in relation.

We pray that our message today has encouraged you and that you will seek the Bible more fervently than ever. Blessing to you our brothers and sisters.

Stress is not the goal, be well.
